She is built for warm, human-like conversation first: casual check-ins, late-night thoughts, playful back-and-forth, emotional presence, brainstorming and everyday company. Verified accounts, plan limits, web search controls, billing, suspensions and staff-reviewed safety stay handled quietly in the background.

What Via is

Via is a companion chatbot, not a corporate productivity assistant and not the Arriva store. She is meant to feel conversational, curious and emotionally present. Store purchases stay on the store. Via subscriptions and plan management live inside Via under Account > Plans.

Verified accounts

Via requires account sign-in and email verification so usage is tied to a real Via user record.

Personalized chat

Users can set a nickname. Basic and Pro users can also shape Via's response style while keeping her natural voice.

Safety enforcement

Bad messages can be logged for staff review and tied to the account ID for suspensions, appeals and audit history.

Plans and limits

Via uses clear plan limits to control abuse and cost without making normal chats feel stiff. Free access is intentionally limited; paid plans increase capacity and unlock web search.

Via plans are managed inside the Via dashboard under Account > Plans. They are separate from the Arriva Corporation store.

Security and policy

Via is covered by Arriva Corporation's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Repeated or serious violations can cause temporary or permanent account suspension.

Email verification

New accounts verify by email before full use, reducing throwaway account abuse.

Suspension screen

Suspended users are locked out of the dashboard and directed to support for appeals.

Message storage rules

Free chats stay browser-side. Paid chat history may be stored to support multi-session use. Safety logs are retained for abuse review.
