This Privacy Policy explains how Arriva Corporation handles information across all services, including RoAdmin, Licence Manager, RankGun, Arriva Connecting Roblox, Cermona Foundation, internal dashboards, Cloudflare Worker endpoints, Discord bots and any other connected tools or systems.

Depending on the service, we may collect:

• Roblox User ID and username (for authentication or licensing)
• Discord User ID (for licence linking or verification)
• Email Address (for contacting support)
• Licence keys, product entitlement data
• Server logs related to system errors or abuse detection
• Configuration or usage data for RoAdmin or internal tools
• API request metadata (timestamps, endpoints called, success/failure)

Collected data is used strictly for operational purposes, including:

• Operating backend systems and automations

• BetterStack (optional) — uptime or failure monitoring

Arriva Corporation does not sell or trade personal data. Data may be shared only when necessary:

Deprecated systems may retain minimal historical logs.

Arriva-Via AI is no longer active or maintained.

• All user interactions with the historical AI system are considered legacy data.
• No active data collection occurs.
• No behavioural modelling, tracking or analytics are performed.
• Any stored logs follow the same retention rules as other deprecated services.

This clause exists to clarify legacy handling for a discontinued feature of the Arriva ecosystem.

Depending on jurisdiction, users may request:

• Access to data stored about them
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of data where applicable
• Clarification of how systems process identity or entitlements

Requests must be made through official Arriva Corporation contact channels.

Arriva Corporation does not intentionally collect additional personal data from minors beyond what is inherent to Roblox or Discord platform usage.
