By accessing or using any Arriva Corporation service — including RoAdmin, Licence Manager, RankGun, Arriva Connecting Roblox, Cermona Foundation, internal dashboards, Discord bots, Cloudflare Worker APIs, and related systems — you agree to these Terms of Service.

Arriva Corporation operates multiple services including development tools, licensing systems, game experiences, operational frameworks, APIs, automation systems and more. These terms apply to all services under the Arriva Corporation ecosystem unless otherwise specified.

Certain services require identity linking through Roblox, Discord or internal authentication systems. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your linked accounts.

Product access may require active licences issued through Licence Manager or other technical systems. Licences may be revoked for fraud, misuse, or breaches of these terms. Redistribution or unauthorised sharing of licensed products is strictly prohibited.

APIs, Cloudflare Workers, dashboards, endpoints and backend utilities may only be used as documented. Abuse, automation outside allowed limits, data scraping or reverse engineering is prohibited.

You agree not to exploit systems, interfere with infrastructure, bypass restrictions, perform malicious actions, or compromise stability. Violations may result in restriction or ban from Arriva services.

Purchases of licences or products are final unless otherwise stated. Entitlements may depend on active account linking and compliance with usage rules.

All systems, code, branding, assets, frameworks and documentation are property of Arriva Corporation. Modification, redistribution or misrepresentation is not permitted without explicit permission.

Data collection is described in the Arriva Corporation Privacy Policy. Usage of services constitutes agreement to those practices.

Measures exist to monitor system integrity, prevent fraud, enforce licence rules and detect malicious activity. Attempts to bypass these systems are prohibited.

Arriva Corporation is not liable for outages, data issues, service interruptions, platform problems, or losses resulting from misuse or third-party services such as Roblox, Discord or Cloudflare.

Services are provided “as-is” with no guarantees of uptime, performance or feature completeness. Experimental features may be modified or removed at any time.

Access to any Arriva Corporation system may be revoked for violating these terms, legal requirements, or platform-specific rules.

Arriva-Via AI was an experimental conversational system within the Arriva ecosystem. This service is now fully deprecated, no longer maintained and should not be relied upon for functionality or support. Legacy data and interactions fall under historical processing as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Arriva Corporation may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
