Arriva Corporation has ceased operations.

What happened

In late July 2026, we lost access to our site files, project source, and internal systems data. Despite attempts to recover it, the data could not be restored. Rebuilding everything from scratch wasn't something we were able to commit to, so we've made the decision to formally cease operations rather than continue in a half-working state.

To be clear: this was a loss of our own infrastructure and files, not a breach or hack. No user data, payment details, or account credentials were exposed or accessed by anyone as a result of this.

What this means

• RoAdmin, Licence Manager and Cermona Foundation are no longer in active development.
• Arriva Connecting Roblox (ACR) will continue to be updated and maintained as normal.
• Existing systems, including Via, will keep running as they currently are, with no further updates or support, until their hosting requires renewal.
• No new sign-ups, licences, purchases, or support tickets are being accepted.
• Community spaces (Discord, VRChat) may remain open informally but are no longer officially operated.

Staff & contracts

All staff contracts, roles, and internal accounts across Arriva Corporation have been formally terminated as of the effective date above. This includes leadership, legal, support, technical support, management, development, building, and voice acting roles.

Any staff-only tools, panels, or elevated permissions tied to those accounts have also been revoked. If you were staff and still have questions about your role or anything owed to you, reach out through the Discord below.

For existing users

If you previously purchased or licensed something from Arriva Corporation, no further support, updates, or fulfilment will be provided. We're sorry we're not able to offer ongoing service, and we thank everyone who was part of this along the way.
